When you use LuxProof, we collect the following information:

• Account details — your name and email address, provided through Google sign-in.
• Photos — the images you upload for authentication. These are used solely to analyse your item.
• Authentication data — the results, confidence scores, and detailed findings from each analysis.
• Payment information — processed securely through Stripe. We never store your card details directly.

Your information is used exclusively to provide the LuxProof authentication service:

• To analyse your uploaded photos and generate authentication reports.
• To store your results in your personal ProofVault so you can access them later.
• To process payments for authentication credits.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is yours.

We take the security of your data seriously:

• All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
• Our infrastructure is hosted in Canada.
• Access to user data is restricted to essential services only, with strict access controls.
• We regularly review our security practices to ensure your information stays protected.

Photos you upload are stored securely and are private to your account. They are used only for the purpose of authentication analysis.

• Only you can view your uploaded photos and authentication results.
• Photos are never shared publicly or used for training purposes without your explicit consent.
• You can request deletion of your photos and associated data at any time.

LuxProof uses the following third-party services:

• Google Authentication — for secure sign-in. We receive your name and email from Google; we do not access any other Google account data.
• Stripe — for payment processing. Stripe handles all payment details securely under their own privacy policy.

We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

You have full control over your data:

• Access — you can view all your authentication data in your ProofVault at any time.
• Export — you can request a full export of your data by contacting us.
